Delivery of Your Order – GENERIC Cocktail Umbrellas

We guarantee we will process your order and have it ready for shipping within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

Normal delivery to the US is done with USPS and takes approximately 12-14 business days by Ground, and 7-10 business days by Airmail. All International orders are shipped by Airmail and delivery will take between 2-3 weeks. For faster delivery service or tracking delivery, please call toll-free 1-855-922-0525. We use UPS Global Services for Priority Delivery (of our generic cocktail umbrellas), and use Federal Express and DHL carriers for our CUSTOM cocktail umbrellas. ***Please note are not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs brokerage fees.

Those who have not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify us immediately so we can investigate the situation for you. ** Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers on orders shipped by Ground or Airmail, unfortunately.  If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us right away and our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.

To notify us of a problem, simply send a copy of your order confirmation, along with a brief description to: info@cocktailumbrellas.com and please have your order number ready.

Delivery of Your Order – CUSTOM Cocktail Umbrellas

Turnaround time for our CUSTOM Logoed Cocktail Umbrellas typically averages 19-24 days for you to receive, from the time you approve the proof (depending on the quantity, of course).  (The artwork proof that needs approval is usually turned around within 24 hours.)

Normal delivery of CUSTOM umbrella orders to the U.S. and International destinations is done with Federal Express and DHL carriers, but faster options are available if necessary if you need. *** Please note we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs brokerage fees, as each country differs.

Those who have not received their CUSTOM orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify us immediately so we can follow the tracking for you.   If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us right away and our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.

Cancellation of Your Order – GENERIC Cocktail Umbrellas

All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

We strive to fill your order and ship it at 1:00 pm (EST) the next business day to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. After your product has been shipped, you may not cancel your order.

Cancellation of Your Order – CUSTOM Cocktail Umbrellas

You may cancel your order of your CUSTOM cocktail umbrellas can be cancelled any time in the preliminary stages BEFORE payment is made.  Once we receive and process your payment, your order cannot be canceled, as we are creating these personalized cocktail umbrellas specifically for you, and cannot sell them elsewhere should you change your mind.

Payment

All payments will be in U.S. or Canadian Currencies. **Canadian customers must pay all applicable taxes. We accept VISA and MasterCard directly over the phone, or you can order through our secure online website using PayPal online, where you can use all major credit cards or your PayPal account. We also accept U.S. and Canadian Checks, as well as International money orders sent to our office. **Please do not send cash through the mail.

All orders must be paid for before they are shipped. We Do Not accept COD’s.

 

Returns

Return Policy

** Please note that, since all CUSTOM cocktail umbrellas are personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on these items. **

The following Return Instructions apply only for our generic (non-personalized) cocktail umbrellas:
Please include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be returned.
All returns (of generic umbrellas only) must be made within 30 days of the date which your order was received. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Due to the nature of the aesthetic use of these items, we can only accept items that have not been opened from their original packaging. Please securely package all unopened items to avoid damage during return shipping. Once received, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited in 1 to 2 business days. Refund checks will be issued in approximately 3 to 5 business days.

CocktailUmbrellas.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these guidelines or apply a 20% re-stocking fee. Any returned order that does not conform to the above guidelines will not be accepted for return, and will be “Returned to Sender” by CocktailUmbrellas.com.

Damaged Merchandise Policy

Upon receipt of a damaged package or item we ask that you contact CocktailUmbrellas.com immediately and report the damage to our Customer Service Department. A friendly Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you, and ensure that the damaged item(s) are replaced in a timely manner. We aim to please!
