What about CUSTOM (logo/imprinting) orders?

We can custom imprint logos or other designs on the parasol portion of the cocktail umbrella, and we’re always happy to suggest some layout ideas. You’ll also be happy to know we can match almost any Pantone color for logo-color matching, so just provide us with the Pantone color number(s) and we should be able to match them exactly! (Please click HERE for more sample pictures and detailed information on our CUSTOM work.) Lead time for custom work averages approximately 19-23 days for you to receive.

For the CUSTOM umbrella orders, can the outer edges be shaped as well?

Yes, in addition to custom logoing your umbrellas, we can also offer other variations to the shape of the outer edge of the parasol. Please click HERE to see a few cut-out shapes we’ve done for our clients in the past.

Do you ship your generic and CUSTOM cocktail umbrellas worldwide?

Yes, we ship orders, both the generic variety and our personalized custom logoed umbrellas, to our clients all over the world.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for our (generic) assorted cocktail umbrellas is 50 pieces, while the minimum for the generic individual colors is 25 pieces. The minimum order for our CUSTOM logoed cocktail umbrellas varies, depending on the imprinting/logo to be done. What size are the cocktail umbrellas?

The cocktail umbrellas are 3 1/4 inches (83mm) in diameter, and 4 inches (10 cm) tall.

Are your cocktail umbrellas tested to ensure they’re safe to use with food and drink?

Yes, all our cocktail umbrellas – both generic and CUSTOM – have been tested thoroughly to ensure they meet global safety and health standards. Since these items are designed to be used in conjunction with food & beverage products, these tests are conducted to ensure our cocktail umbrellas are compliant with Food & Drug Administration regulations.

What is the shipping price?

Shipping is determined on checkout as it is based on the quantity you order. For CUSTOM orders, shipping prices will be calculated when preparing your quote.

How long does delivery take?

All regular generic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being processed. Normal delivery to the US is done with USPS and takes approximately 12-14 business days by Ground, and 7-10 business days by Airmail. All International orders are shipped by Airmail and delivery will take between 2-3 weeks. For faster delivery service or tracking delivery, please call toll-free 1-855-922-0525 (BRI-GUY Products). We use UPS Global Services for Priority Delivery of our generic brand, and use Federal Express and DHL carriers for our CUSTOM cocktail umbrellas. ***Please note we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs brokerage fees.
